Game of Thrones Season 8 and why it KINDA failed!

it’s been a week or two since the final episode of Game of Thrones, it’s nearly blown over, and before it does, I’m going to give a review on why season 8 failed so badly.

The lack of word count could be one of the reason, but I think it’s just due to the storyline. Or the lack of story, we have been waiting for the final for years. It only gave us 6 episodes to end all of the loose ends! It wasn’t enough, it felt rushed. It felt like they ran out of time.

Also before we carry on thank you for choosing to read my blog but please support us even more by liking, commenting and keep up to date with the blog by clicking the follow bottom at the bottom of the page.

Thank you again, so let’s begin.

They just killed so many people off in one episode and then leaving so many loose ends and near enough all questions left unanswered. For example, what is the point of Bran time travelling? So someone holds a door and Ned can turn around because Jon Snow being a Targaryen didn’t really make a difference. Also, who is the Azor Ahai? Who is the Lord of Light? What’s going on with the faceless man? Who was the person with green eyes? The list goes on and on…
The season could have done with at least 2 more episodes to clear everything up and give fans more enjoyment or even 2 more seasons to clear up all the unanswered questions.
I’m a big fan of the show, and I want to see what happens to the Stark characters. I want answers! All the unanswered questions which the series have carefully given us over 7 seasons left unanswered in season 8. It just felt weirdly cheap and lazy, the way they did this season and some of the episodes are too dark! I could hardly see what was happening, they need to make them lighter! Or at least have the episodes shown in the cinemas if they are going to make them so dark!
What did you think of season 8 of Game of Thrones? Please let us know in the comments!
Thank you for reading
